Now as you realize, FKK encourages non sexual social nudity. But we also attempt to educate folks about bullying, especially on-line, and about empowering women. So with that in mind, I reached out to Belle Knox to understand why she determined to go into the porn business and how she was treated at Duke once the news broke.

Belle Knox – The Duke Porn Star
Slut Shaming Belle Knox The Duke Porn Star
During the interview, Belle Knox mentions a term that we haven’t written about yet – “Slut Shaming.” So for the benefit of those that mightn’t understand what Slut shaming is, here is fast explanation:
Slut shaming is when a girl is shamed and judged for being sexual. Girls may be targets for slut shaming if they having one or more sexual partners, if they openly talk about or express sexual feelings and / or when they participate in sexual meetings for the just pleasure that sex may provide (without having always emotional feelings and attachments to her sexual partners).
Slut Shaming Double Standard Between Men And Women
Moreover, Slut Shaming may happen when a girl has sexual meetings that mainstream society may disapprove of, but that she participates in voluntarily. As a side note, slut-shaming may happen regardless of if the term slut is employed or not. If people judge a woman and try to antagonize her for engaging in consensual / legal sexual acts subsequently by default, they are slut shaming her.
Additionally, I think that it’s crucial that http://nudism-life.com notice that in society today there’s a double standard on the subject of female sexuality. A man continues to be considered a “stud” if he engages in sexual acts with many partners while a girl is viewed as a “slut” or a “whore.”

Naturally, FKK does not condone slut shaming as it goes against our world view and general recognition mentality – what goes on behind closed doors, between consenting adults is none of our business and woman’s body is hers and hers alone.
Interview With Belle Knox “The Duke Porn Star”:
Q. Let’s start with the fundamentals. How old are http://x-pot.com , where are you from and what are you studying at Duke?
A. I’m 18 years old and from Washington state. I ‘m a sophomore at Duke and am a Women’s Studies major. I just finished my freshman year a few weeks ago. Woohoo!
Q. How did you get started in the porn business?
A. I began investigating the chance for doing pornography after surfing around on-line. I immediately found that pornography, and sex work generally, is exceptionally lucrative. I halfheartedly applied to a few bureaus online; I sent in my photos and weight with a short description of myself.
Within days I had been bombarded with calls from agents telling me they saw potential for me in the mature business.
Q. The first porn movie you participated in must have been emotional – Are you able to share that experience with me?
A. Actually, it was exciting! We pulled up to this huge mansion in Malibu and the man I was about to work with opened the door. He was super sexy. My jaw dropped. It was somewhat difficult having sex before a camera guy but afterwards.. it was a huge hurry.
Q. Were you excited about the whole porn thing or were you apprehensive?
A. I was quite apprehensive at first- but, alas, I had a $4300 bill each month staring at me in the face.
Q. You said that you were apprehensive at first.. what were you most worried about?
A. I was worried I was about to ruin my life.
Q. So you do / did it to pay your way through college? Did you see it as a last resort sort of a thing?
A. Yes and no, absolutely not. Porn has never been a last resort for me. I ‘d other options: I could have taken out loans, joined the military, etc. But I did not desire to do any of that. I’m 18 years old and I do not want to be in debt to anybody. I needed to pay everything up front.
Q. So you never meant for it to be more of a career path? Why not?
A. No. I see porn as a means to an end: the end being me paying my way through school and graduating. It just so happens that I love pornography and truly appreciate it.
Q. Looking back, are you still happy with the pick to go into the porn industry? Have you got any regrets?
A. I usually do not regret my decision to join the business and I will be happy I went through with it. I finally feel comfortable with myself and with my activities. I feel free. I don’t have to hide anymore and that is a delightful thing. BUT I do regret my decision to conceal it from my family. I should have been open and honest using them. Additionally, I wish I ‘d been more conscious of the financial weight I was taking on when I chose Duke. I recommend to any pupils in the procedure for picking schools that they think hard about the financial burden associated with their dream school.
Q. You said you did not share the porn part of your life with your friends / family. Did you personally feel ashamed of what you were doing and so determined to keep that part of your life secret?
